The sum total.
I called in sick to work today citing sinusitis. I made the most of it . . . or rather, I made the more of it buy expending lots of energy making a photoblog. It's the sum total of non-crappy pictures I've taken since I got my wonderful Canon A80.
Be Gentle.
I want to find a way to do link the pics similar to the way Smacktooth does. It's a cool style I think. Except I'd probably have the pics across in the header. Actually, I think I'd just like thumbnails of the (x) most recent posts linking dynamically to the (x) most recent pics. Mike, any ideas?
Anyone else?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. When you say, "the way Smacktooth does," do you mean like the picture of the dude in his undies, or the pics in the upper-right, or what?
What do you mean by pics across the header?
What do you mean by "(x) most recent posts linking dynamically to the (x) most recent pics" ? Do you mean dynamically make the image for the newest blog entry link to the newest pic? If so, I'd probably have to monkey around in Blogger to see how everything works (I've never used it before).
By the way, the pictures are nice. Good job.

Shit, then *my answer* was vague. By the first paragraph, I meant, do you want to echo those layouts?
I just realized that you were probably only talking about the links. I suck.

More or less what I meant was I just want thumbnails that link to my photoblog. But I wanted them to dynamically update when I put up new pics.
I'll probably just take my 5 or 6 favorites or the ones that make the nicest composition and link those, then manually change when (if) I take better pics.
i'm at a friend's house so i was finally able to look at all the pictures in less than an hour.
Whatever that camera you have it, that's probably the one i should get. Those pics look fucking fantastic. But to give credit, it seems like you did a good job taking them too. i took Photography in high school and none of mine came off looking nearly that good (in composition or anything else).
Obviously you should keep using your camera for your blog.
By the way, i saw a picture of Max in there. i keep wanting to retell the story of Max's drunken Thanksgiving adventure, told to me third or fourth hand. It was the one with the knives and the "niggas get CUT." In my mind's eye it still seems like one of the funniest things in the world...but to the rest of the world it's probably more like "you had to be there," or more accurately, "you had to know Max."

Ben,
Was you or John that superimposed those two pictures (in development) of Carlie and John Ahern doing his summoning thing? That was hilarious.
